Upon receipt of full payment, you will have full ownership and rights to use the website design.
Payment Terms:
2.1. Payment Schedule: The payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project. A deposit may be required before we begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or as per the agreed milestones.
2.2. Late Payments: If payment is not received within the specified period after completion, we reserve the right to take down or suspend the website until payment is made in full.
2.3. Additional Costs: Any additional features, services, or changes requested by you that are not included in the original agreement may incur additional costs. We will communicate these costs to you, and work will only proceed upon your approval.
Client Responsibilities:
3.1. Content and Materials: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, logos, and any other materials required for the website development. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use the provided materials and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
3.2. Feedback and Approval: Throughout the project, we will seek your feedback and approval on design elements, layouts, and other features. It is your responsibility to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
Website Launch and Delivery:
4.1. Launch Date: The expected website launch date will be communicated to you during the project timeline. We will make every effort to meet this timeline, but we shall not be held liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
4.2. Acceptance and Delivery: Upon completion of the website development, we will deliver the finished website to you for acceptance. You will have a reasonable period to review and request any necessary modifications. Once you have accepted the website, it will be considered delivered.
Intellectual Property:
5.1. Original Work: All original works created by us for the project, including but not limited to website designs, graphics, and code, shall remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name], unless and until the ownership rights are transferred to you upon receipt of full payment.
5.2. Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials, including but not limited to images, templates, and plugins, used in the website development will be subject to their respective owners' terms and conditions.

Termination:
7.1. Termination by You: You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any work completed up to the termination date.
7.2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate the project if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if we encounter circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from continuing the project.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
