1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Thirty1 ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a service from Thirty1, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Thirty1 provides website design and hosting services to small businesses.

2. Website Packages (Pay Monthly Plans)

Thirty1 offers website packages on a subscription basis.

These packages include:

  • Website design

  • Website hosting

  • SSL certificate

  • Basic on-page SEO

  • Minor content updates where applicable

A £99 setup fee is charged at the time of purchase. Monthly payments begin one month after signup.

3. Minimum Term

Pay-monthly website packages require a minimum commitment of 12 monthly payments.

Clients may cancel within the first 30 days under the money-back guarantee outlined below.

After the initial 12-month period, the website may remain hosted with Thirty1 for £9 per month, or the website can be transferred to another hosting provider upon request.

4. Website Ownership

Websites created under the pay-monthly plans remain the property of Thirty1 until all 12 monthly payments have been completed.

After the 12 monthly payments have been made in full:

  • Ownership of the website transfers to the client.

  • The client may choose to continue hosting with Thirty1 or move the website to another hosting provider.

If the client cancels the service before completing the 12 payments, the website may be removed from hosting.

5. Website Revisions

Each website includes up to three rounds of revisions during the design process.

A revision round allows the client to request a batch of changes after reviewing the website preview.

After the three included revision rounds have been used, additional revisions will be charged at £50 per batch of revisions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information to be used on their website, including:

  • Business details

  • Contact information

  • Service descriptions

  • Images or branding materials where applicable

Thirty1 may assist with creating website content if the client does not provide it, however the client remains responsible for ensuring all information displayed on the website is accurate.

7. Domain Names

Where a domain name is included as part of a website package, Thirty1 will provide one free domain name registration for the first year only.

The free domain must meet the following conditions:

• The domain must be a .co.uk domain extension.
• The domain must be available for standard registration at the time of purchase.
• Domains listed for resale, auction, or premium/aftermarket purchase are not included.
• If the requested domain is unavailable, the client must choose an alternative available domain name.


If the client wishes to use a domain extension other than .co.uk, or a domain that requires a premium or aftermarket purchase, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid before the domain is registered.

After the first year, the domain renewal cost will be charged annually at the current renewal rate.

Thirty1 will manage the domain registration and renewal while the website is hosted with Thirty1. If the client chooses to move their website to another provider, the domain can be transferred to the client or their chosen provider upon request.

8. Hosting and Support

Hosting is included for the duration of the website subscription.

After the initial 12-month period, hosting can continue for £9 per month.

Support includes:

  • Minor content updates

  • Technical maintenance

  • Hosting management

Major design changes or additional development work may incur additional charges.

9. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Thirty1 offers a 30-day money back guarantee on website packages.

If a client is not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, they may request a full refund of the setup fee.

This guarantee applies even if the website has already gone live.

Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of purchase.

10. Pre-Built Website Sales

Thirty1 may also sell fully designed websites as one-time purchases.

When purchasing a pre-built website:

  • The website is sold as-is

  • No design revisions are included

  • The client provides their business information which is then added to the website

Hosting may be included for up to one year depending on the offer.

After this period, continued hosting may require an additional hosting plan.

11. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in:

  • Suspension of website hosting

  • Removal of the website from public access

12. Liability

Thirty1 is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business or revenue resulting from website downtime

  • Inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Third-party services used by the client

While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability and security, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Changes to These Terms

Thirty1 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with the updated date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
